TO VERIFY “AND”-GATE BY “IC” METHOD
Apparatus:
Digital multimeter
Connectivity wires
Bread board
DC Power supply
AND Gate IC box
Procedure:
IC is an abbreviation of integrated circuit. IC of and gate is such designed as there were four gates programmed in it on a single IC more than 3000 component function be designed. By using multimeter, check all the points of IC. The negative terminal of battery is applied at the ground level. Vcc of 12 volts is supplied by positive terminal of the battery.
Input terminals of NAND gate were connected by connecting wires to power supply according to the truth table are manipulated after taking output.
