We always have cranberry bread for breakfast on Thanksgiving.
This year Em helped make it.
Removing the turkey from its brining bucket.
And that is as wide as we could open the oven door.
Grace and Emma headed out to gather leaves for the centerpiece.
Playing with tops while the turkey roasts and we wait for our family to arrive.
"They're back!"
"Hi, Papa!"
Like all good New Englanders we watched the Patriots game.
You know your stove is on its last legs when you have to duct tape it shut so the turkey cooks!
Don't you baste your turkey like this too?!
Grace took the picture above,
As well as this one.
Our turkey is ready!
And now for some fun with turkey hats...
From our family to yours,
We hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
