I almost fell out of my seat when Joan Rivers on the "Fashion Police" said "I hope you guys see her too". Joan thought Florence Welch was a ghost of her dead grandmother!
This nude ruffle Valentino dress has to be the most dreadful ensemble of this year. This is literally a rape prevention garment!
