To check the NOT Gate operation a/c to NOT Gate truth table
Apparatus:
IC#7404 Power Supply Bread Board LED Plier
Procedure:
- I took the bread board then I fixed the IC of NOT Gate.
- Then I provided input supply on the 14th terminal of IC and kept the 7th terminal grounded.
- Then I attached the DMM with the output on IC and found that the input was increased.
Theory:
NOT Gate is a gate which perform inversion function or complementation function i.e. It converts the logic function 1 into 0 and vice versa.
Beside the standard, there is another symbol called rectangular outline symbol that symbol is usually used for industrial publication.
