BRACAU 27 BLOG'S

Director of the Hyper Island Diploma Programs, Hussain H. Kabani and Digital Media student David Walegren attended the Young Leader’s Social Media Cafe in Lebanon to speak about Hyper Island. The conference hosted around 20 speakers coming from various backgrounds but with one common interest: Social Media.
Most speakers talked about how social media today is being used to cause social change in their community. The Middle East is struggling with many issues ranging from freedom of expression to social inequality. Social media is acting as a catalyst in resolving cultural issues and not just providing new channels for advertisers to target consumers.
